Budget Kitchen Reno!

Kitchen update on a budget!  Man, this post has been a long time coming. We moved into our new home about seven weeks ago have committed to doing everything on a budget. We just recently paid off our student loans and are working on paying off our van payment and some personal debt that we have, so we were determined to not take on more debt to do the house projects that we wanted to get done. And, disclaimer, our house did not need any major renovations. Everything that we are doing is purely to make it ours, if that makes sense. This is the first house we’ve lived in that we know is going to be long-term (unless God...

Meal Planning

Well hey! It's been a few weeks... we moved! And this took a back seat. I'm planning on publishing some posts with house information and some before and after pictures as we finish Phase 1 of projects, but another often requested topic has been the infamous Meal Plan. If you're a fan of the show (me, I'm the show), then you know that I *love* a good plan (which is just a nice way of saying that I struggle with control issues). Spring 2021 Launch!

It is (almost) officially spring! Normally, fall is my favorite season. Every year I am just shocked by the beauty and color in creation. But this year... spring is just getting to me. So many new goodies: onesies, adult tees and sweatshirts, bows and headbands, and brand new stickers! The collection will officially be live tomorrow (March 20), but I'm running through all the new stuff today so you can be prepared :) I hope you guys are as excited as I...

One of my favorite shirt designs (and soon to be onesie designs!) that we sell is the one that says, “These Are the Days”, because I truly believe it. These are the days that we will look back on when we are older and remember with fondness and love and maybe even a little disbelief that we made it through.  So, let’s talk memory keeping. If you’ve been around my social media pages for long, you...

32 Things

I turn 32 today! I thought it'd be fun to share 32 things, big and small, about my life... so here we go: I have always wanted to be a red head. I was a competitive swimmer my entire life. I guess “competitive” is doing a lot of work there- I wasn’t ever great, but I swam on a team from the age of 7 years old. Speaking of competitive, I’m not a competitive person. The first fight my now-husband and I got in was during a game of Cranium because I wasn’t molding clay fast enough. I became a Christian in 2011 when I was a freshman in college. I went to college at the University of South Alabama...
